Fatigue Test  疲劳测试

 

疲劳测试有助于确定材料承受周期性疲劳负荷条件的能力。根据设计,材料的选择是为了满足或超过疲劳测试应用中预期的服务负荷。循环疲劳试验产生反复的加载和卸载,包括拉伸、压缩、弯曲、扭转或这些应力的组合。疲劳试验通常是在拉伸-拉伸、压缩-压缩和拉伸-压缩中加载,然后反向加载。
通常情况下,疲劳测试的目的是确定材料在循环载荷下的预期寿命,然而,疲劳强度和抗裂性也是通常寻求的数值。材料的疲劳寿命是指材料在单一负载方案下可承受的循环总数。疲劳试验也被用来确定一个样品在特定的循环次数下所能承受的最大负荷。所有这些特性在材料受到波动而非恒定力的任何行业中都是极其重要的。
